“We had a lovely stay here, rooms were spacious and there was a decent breakfast offering though the selection decreased following the Easter period. During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium. ”

“La espera para el checking se le alargó sobremanera a pesar de que las dos únicas personas que estaban en el enorme y solitario mostrador de atención a los huéspedes hacían lo que buenamente podían y la habitación tenía polvo con solera. Si puedo decir que el desayuno buffet era variado y bien provisto y su personal muy atento a todo.”

“The room was comfortable and clean. We had a room overlooking the pool, which was lovely, but the downside to this was that we could hear the entertainment. However this did not spoil our stay as you need to expect these things when staying in a hotel. There are no English tv channels. We didn't have meals in the hotel so cannot comment on this, but we did buy a couple of drinks from the bar and I feel that the staff could do with some training on customer service. “Great everything. Especially enjoyed the cava on ice that was in the room waiting upon arrival. Best part tho is the rooftop with the heated pool and the best view in town. Not to mention the e amazing vending machine full of great drink options. Liked it so much I’ve already booked another stay here in the near future. Well done and thanks for the hospitality!”

“We were on first fooor in room 103 and I heard some noise from cars that disturbed my sleep - so if you’re a light sleeper like me not ideal. Juliette balconies quite low so not ideal if you have young children from a safety perspective. Accommodation clean, modern and comfortable. Smart TV. Ideal for our one night stay. Short walk from Centro Alameda train station and to coach station. Near historic centre too.”
